Transfer Tubes or Pipette
When using the transfer tubes or pipette in hand, pinch the pipette’s airbag with your fingers, the air in the airbag out, and then insert the tip of the pipette into the solution to be sucked, gently release the fingers pinching the airbag, the solution will be sucked into the capillary glass tube inside the pipette, when the solution is full of glass tubes, the excess solution will be overflowed to the airbag, suction stops after the pipette is removed, once again squeezing the airbag, the solution can be squeezed out of the pipette. Using the transfer pipette with an attached pipette tipe, draw 10uL venous sample.
